Hello My Bros,
Maybe you know i was preparing for Body Building Championship under sponsorship of Optimum Pharma
That is why i was absent in the forum for the last week. Today i am back to celebrate with my bros
In 5 weeks i am going to compete in European Championship in Moldovia , which will be a great challenge for me.
I won the European Championship before but this time i accept as a step to my pro card.
Anyway, thank you all again , you were a great inspiration.
And special thanks to my Trainer Mr. White , i hope you are reading this thread

Yes i eat some high calorie stuff today , but tomorrow i am going back to 4,5 lbs of fish per day and sweet potatoes
