After researching on my own I seem to have found several good sources.. With references.. I guess there are people out there that will just take anyones word for it and send money..

Its getting better, had the shoulder done finally. Cuf was torn, labrum tears, decompression, bursitis and had the clavicle shaved. Everything was almost impossible to do, couldn't even dress myself for 5 weeks...lol

The number is actually 555 now, wont be seeing that weight for a while. Should have taken care of the shoulder 3yrs ago but I kept competing instead and it just got worse and worse.

Noticed you been kinda silent lately..Welcome back and Hope all is well..
