I've lived in Matamoros for years and had no issues when I was there.
 
I had thought many a time about taking a few day trips to Mexico but those be headings kinda scare me away. I don't speak much of the Spanish. I definitely couldn't blend in.
 
Lol honestly everything I have heard named you can find in abundance in America. You just have to live a unhealthy life style for long enough to find all the people who deal with all the stuff that has been mentioned. When you think about it the united states is the international destination that everything illegal is imported into for big money to be made off of. Once you factor in a plane ticket and time taken off work and all the living expenses of going somewhere foreign you will be spending more money on steroids or whatever your trying to get than you would in America. Plus americans are easy targets to get ripped off or worse considering they don't speak the local language and have no back up or friends for thousands upon thousands of miles. Shit me personally I would rather just go to vegas and be juiced up to the max with long ester gear on my way there and just gamble and party the whole time I'm there. Or go to hawai or something.
 
I am from Canada... just got back from spending a few weeks in Tijuana.
I have a pretty good tan (mt2) thought id blend in with the locals lol.... i remember being in line to check in at my hotel...I could hear the agent greeting everyone in Spanish, the second I was at the desk it was a "good evening sir, how can we help you today?"... so much for blending in LOL
On another note.... Tijuana was a great place to party and all the people I met were really nice. I would go back any day....... doesn't mean i wasn't worrying about stuff... with all the news its next to impossible not to wonder what might happen
gear is good(lots of fake stuff though), food is good, most people are great... women........ loved em
 
I suggest the Netherlands.

Best UGs in the world are in the Netherlands. Gear is cheap and you can order it online and have it the next day or just pick it up.

Police doesnt care and possesing gear for your own usage is endorsed. Plus you can smoke weed and fuck hookers all day if thats your thing
 
Im sure there's more out in the open shady stuff going on in Thailand and other countries. Im just saying that all the same stuff is going on in the united states to. And is it really worth it to go to another country to do things that you can do in the united states.

I was under the impression that due to laws passed last year hash shops and the like are now available to locals. Prostitutes are still open for international business .
