Its more than likely your email address. You need to make a new one. Just spoke with JB and he said he has been getting allot of returned emails. I just changed mine. Safe-mail.net is going to be your best bet. I didn't hear back from him for 3 days and I knew that wasn't right! I f you don't hear back from them within a day its a problem. Change your email and try again. Don't listen to the bull shit that I almost believed from everyone that its the holidays and he too busy to respond. He didn't get your email, that's the problem. Hope this helps anyone that has ran into the same problem.

I have an account on yahoo and i hear back from JB in a few hours. That email has worked for me every time i've ordered(4 times)
