IGF-1 LR3 HGH stack, when is it best to dose?

Ok I am confused as to when is best to dose. I am doing 50mcg E.D. (40 on 40 off) of the igf1 lr3 and 3 iu's of the hgh on a 5/2 split. I typically work out late in the evening and get done between 8 and 9 and go to bed around 10-11.

I have read not to take the hgh or IGF right before bed because it blocks your bodies natural production so when should I be doing it? Also do I need to split the timing of the dosages or can I inject them both at the same time?

A couple of points to think about...

3iu's is not worth running, especially 5on/2off, unless ur 50+

And if ur worried about ur body's natural gh affecting the gh ur runnin... ur too young to be runnin gh

Gh for bodybuilding purposes (muscle gain/fat loss) is only effective at 8+ iu's per day, run everyday for years, not weeks or months

Give it some thought first, running gear without gh could be a much more effective and affordable option
 
I am 35, and from what I have read 3ius is a low dosage, but I have also read that their is synergistic effect when ran with IGF allowing for a lower dosage of hgh during that time. So i would think that 3 IU's would be adequate for weight loss purposes.

I have done my research on dosage amounts and from what I understand 3-5 iu's is good for weight loss which is what I am trying to achieve at this time. I did an HGH only cycle about a year ago at a dosage only at 4iu's per day 5/2 for a 4 month period and had some great weight loss and much better post workout (soreness) recovery.

I guess I should mention at this time I am not looking to get huge I am working more towards body comp/leaning up. I have about 20 lbs left to get to my target bf% and I want to make sure I am maintaing my current lean mass but still burning BF and maybe even increasing strength but thats the lowest priority.
