Its a Celebration Bitches
heres my situation:

Im coming off cycle mid september and i would love to retain everything that i have worked for... im taking Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) now and my post cycle therapy (pct) will be perfect. I know that im still young and my growth hormone levels are still within the normal range.

would it help me to take either igf-1 or HGH throught my post cycle therapy (pct) to keep the gains.... BTW with the igf-1 it would only be in the post cycle therapy (pct), i would run the HGH a month before the cycle ended and run it almost until my next cycle at 2 iu/day 5 on 2 off....(i think thats plenty, as i do not want to risk shutting down my GH production).

im new to this sort of thing and have been doing reading but any info would help....

BTW what is: UPJOHN LUTALYSE PG PG F2-a

i know upjohn, thats just copied off a list i have...

I'd go with LR3 IGF-1 it can help but ultimitely diet is going to help with keeping gains.

IGF-1 is still experimental. Nobody really knows if it works or not. Run gh at 4iu ed, none of this 5 on/2 off shit. Less than 4iu's ed and you're just wasting your money.

how can you say your wasting your money at anything less than 4iu's a day? ive seen a good number of people using 2 iu's a day, 5 on/2 off and experience alot of body composition changes over their course of GH... also, i AM gonna do the 5on/ 2 off after reading a couple threads discussing how using 7 days a week for long periods of time can cause diabetes...:(

The 5on 2 off scheduling (or any on/off scheduling) with GH is nothing more than a means to prolong your GH cycle. Gains are not better (but they are slower), and sides are not less. You have just as much potential to induce increased insulin resistance with the on/off scheduling as you do w/ED injects, however, that potential is just drawn out over a longer period (as are your results). GH's results are cummulative/additive. it's not a "constant plasma level" thing like when we refer to AAS. You inject GH, it carries out its effects both directly and via IGF-1, and that's it, when IGF-1 levels dip back down to normal, normal endo GH production/release ensues, so you aren't shutting down GH production for anymore than part of the day.

I hear all sorts of attemopted justifications for on/off scheduling, but it's all just a means to spread out your cycle.....but at the expense of results per unit time.

It's the same concept as suggesting someone takes in 4500 calories per day 5 on/ 2 off and just takes in maintenance calories on the off days. The results of taking in a positive caloric intake are additive, so skipping two days per week just prolongs the time it takes to add mass compared to 4.5k calories ED

I know most Docs dont have a lot of personal experience, but it does make sense to a layman.

I would really like your input!
