what is your opinion

I certainly wouldnt get those gains from IGF1 LR3. Have done one cycle, I found that it was good for slight lean mass, my pumps remained after workouts and i became quite lean, no bloat obviously and im sure I lost some fat. But definately could not put on 30lbs - but that's just me.

X 2. I think it's more effective at shuttling nutrients. You can consume a lot of carbs and stay fairly lean, and it's useful post cycle. I feel that it was helpful in retaining weight and possibly some strength during my last post cycle therapy (pct). But don't be fooled by the claims as I am not sold on it causing hyperplasia. It has it's uses but not so much as the reports on it.

I have found igf DES to be stronger and more effective but all that means was an increase in the effects I saw from lr3. You won't gain over single digits in weight. If you get a couple pounds you are lucky.

With all that said, I am a fan of igf but only for these reasons.
