Total test:
422(240-950 ng/dl)

Free test:
13.5(4.06-15.6 ng/dl)

Estradiol:
39(5.4-65.9 pg/ml

I inject about 70 mg of cypionate every 5 days.
My total T is kinda low and free T is pretty good.
Estradiol levels are sort of in the middle.
Dont feel great.
What would you guys think? This is pretty much my first blood work. My total T concerns me. From the ranges of Free T and estrodiol that appears pretty good. Should i be concerned or maybe tweak anything?

Also i crashed E about 2 months ago using exemestane. Way over did it. I Felt aweful but am recovering slowly. Could that have something to do with 422 total T?
thanks for your time.

have you tried to get in touch with IMT here? they will give you great advice on how to proceed. Increase My T |

No. thanks a lot. I'll check that out.
People have been saying not to worry about my total T since my free T is good.
I don't know, that 422 bothers me. I was thinking of maybe doing 60 every 4 days. That would up it some.

Yeah. I just want to avoid E issues. If I go to like the 100 area I get high E symptoms after a while.
Do you think think 60 every 4 days could be better then 70 every 5?

Hey man any update as to how you are doing? Are things back to normal?

Also how did you feel when you were crashed mentally and physically?

Your E2 is totally fine there. E symptoms are tricky, sometimes its all in your head.

Hope this helps.

Yes, E2 is tricky. Not one size fits all. However, if you are symptomatic then you could benefit from anti estrogen medications.
Your Free T looks good as this is the bioavailable Testosterone that will end up giving you all the needed benefits that people associate with TRT

Thanks for asking. Still doing terrible. I'm thinking it's something else now.
Going to do a sleep study next week. Hopefully that is the reason. Im 99% sure it's not the problem though. I don't snore but am a very light sleeper. Maybe it's some type of sleep deprivation I can't believe that all of a sudden that has put me in a 180.
Have no idea anymore.
It can't be from that exemestane I took in May.

I'm not much of an authority with this at the least. However I have crashed E2 before and all I can add here is it did take me a very long time to feel better. The side effect of lethargy / fatigue did stayed with me for about 4 weeks. Also it was difficult to get my appetite back. These were the only sides and the most intense sides that hung in there for a longer period of time.

Not for you ... but for me I went into a full blown cycle Test E and P up to 750mgs and all the other sides , depression , anxiety , feeling of low esteem lack of interest and focus returned almost immediately. Now those psychological sides returning almost instantly , I feel had to do with the placebo effect. Ya know almost instantly.

Since I am on a few psych meds the crash sides are emphasized and I ask are you on other meds.

Can you give us any other history about yourself , meds, any disorders etc... Also some more details of what you say are the things you are feeling. More symptoms of not feeling good.

Just some thoughts pertaining to how you feel being you BW does not seem to far out as all these guys said.

Thanks Mike.
If you wouldn't have gone on cycle do you think you would have taken much longer to recover? Also you said 4 weeks for fatigue to end but still had other issues that lasted much longer. What were those?

I don't take any other meds. Not a good sleeper but not sleep apnea for sure.
Today I feel better. Tomorrow or Tuesday maybe feel real crappy again. Feels like ever time I feel like I'm recovering I'll have a huge letdown and go back to being very tired and depressed. When I take my BP feeling crappy it's 142/92 or something like that.
Today it's more towards what it always was like 132/72. Tomorrow or Tuesday it'll be all jacked up again.
I have no libido really. Thing is just lifeless. Starting to get more nocturnal and morning erections though.
So anyway, I'm lost and really down. It's been since May. Hopefully somehow it's sleep related. Don't know anymore after thInking before that it for sure had to be hormonal.
I only inject like 70/75 test every 5 days. That's not too much. It's only trt.
I've heard people like you say it can take a while even though numbers are in range. I can't believe after all this time I'm not back to normal. Whatever that used to be.
Thanks guys for asking. It helps.

Hey Bone I came in to log out. I have company wife , ex actually. She's in a good mood so I MUST go for now. I' will get back tomorrow am. See then with some input !!! :dance2:

Just found out I'm Vitamin D deficient. I'm at 15.2 on a scale of 30-100. Never would have thought or considered that as even a potential problem. Now beginning 50,000 iu vitamin D2 weekly. After researching I have asked for D3.
Hopefully that's been my problem.

With your vitamin D3, make sure to also get some vitamin K2

They work better together, and you should definitely make sure you have K2 if you are taking a massive excess of D3 like 50,000 IU

Thanks bud. That's exactly what I'm taking(50,000 d3) I'll get k2 and someone said magnesium too.
Don't know how much too take.
Have any experience or insight on how long this can take to recover? Sounds like a long time to recover according to people on forums.
Thanks. Really appreciate your tip.

For some weird reason I always test low for vitamin D too. Even though I get plenty of sun.

I've been taking 10,000 IU D3 with K2 since my last doctor's blood test, don't know how this will come out but I suspect it will be ok for me. Previously I was taking 5,000 and hit or miss.

For magnesium I buy it in bulk in the citrate form and take 300 mg a day. It is super cheap.

What was your level. Did you have any noticeable symptoms?

Feb 2017 it was 24 from range of 30 - 100 ng/ml

No symptoms I can think of[/QUOTE

interesting. 24 is pretty low from what it appears. I get sun too. Never even thought about Vitamin D. Now i'm learning a lot because I've been diagnosed deficient and am not feeling any where near where I was 7 months ago. I never would even have considered this ever being a problem. I hope this IS my issue.

reading these Vitamin D deficiency forums is really depressing. seems like 95% of the sufferers are really struggling. i'm kind of scared. maybe I shouldn't read that stuff. of course most of them sound like hypochondriacs.

well I appreciate your input and knowledge. be interesting to see what your level is after supplementing for some time. Maybe you'll even feel better after doing this.

so you'd recommend K2 and magnesium daily?

Yeah, you can go on those forums and read about some really fucked up people. I've seen a few where they have a million symptoms, and take a million drugs, and I can only assume don't eat clean and work out. Seems like those folks should stop everything, and fix their diet and exercise. How many will do that? Something approaching zero I think.

As for the K2 I'm not really sure what it does, but I have read if you supplement D you should take K, and the more D you are taking the more likely to be defficient in some way that K can help. So take it with a grain of salt and check it out.

Yes I take all vitamins daily, some by store bought pills, and a host of bulk powders like glucosamine, chondroitin, MSM, and cissus that I mix up for joint support. I put the magnesium citrate in this. The interesting thing is if you take the recommended dose for all these it is a pretty big pile of powder, like 7 grams. Shows what you really get in store bought supplements is probably not the recommended dose, unless you take a bunch of them.
