Im pissed im not gaining! need help, please

For the mods that told me to reply back in a week here it is. anadrol still taking 50mg a day and test 400mg a week almost at the end of my 2nd week and still not seeing any gains from the drol just some strength and the other night I was benching and actually had to take some weight off because my sterngth just wasnt there, getting 5000 cals or more a day protein I dont know maybe 140grms or less, not enough I know but I was told if you get 5000 cals a day dont worry about protein! Unless thats why Im not gaining because lack of protein but I need to know for sure so I can correct it and seriously thinking of upping dose to either 75mg or 100mg of anadrol. Im not trying to get big overnight but I thought I would see an increase in mass dramatically by the 2nd week of drol at 50mg! Even if you lose everything after done taking it I would know that the drol worked for me thats another thing I worry about losing gains, I have HCG,clomid,nolva for PCT! but I just dont know about anything anymore ! thanks guys rook. :(

well, thats not enough protein, minimum depending on weight of course, is probly 250g....but still you should of see something. probly fake drol...
 
I FEEL STRENGTH, THATS IT the pills look exactly like the real ones posted on this site they are anadrolic British Disp! anyone know where or who you can send one to someone with a lab and test it for potency?

Whoever told you that needs to give their head a shake. Since steroids promote protein synthesis, ask your buddy to explain to you how taking in very little protein with tons of carbs and fats is going to put the drugs to use in the optimal way.

Bottom line is to eat more protein from good protein sources ie. chicken, steak, turkey. I would really love to see what your diet contists of if you are eating 5000 cals a day and only 140 grams of protein. That means of all those cals, your protein intake only consumes 560 cals. That leaves roughly 4450 cals to make up in carbs and fats. Those are not going to be solid ratios for any kind of bodybuilder.

btw, are you taking anadrol by itself??? No test as a base? Nothing?
 
yes, im taking test cyp too remember you told me to get back to you in a week with results because I wanted to up the dose to 75mg or 100mg.
 
well, can somebody make me up a days worth of meals consisting of 5000+cals and 200-300grams of protein? and ill just eat that everyday,but I like my breakfast sandwhich in the morning!

they have a neat calorie counter u can add all the food that u eat and it will tell you pretty close how many calories and protein and shit. try out a couple diff meals u like and see what u get. Try and eat like every 2-3 hours at least. I like to stick with meat as much as possible. and maybe go out and buy some protein shakes and protein bars. There good for when u really dont have time to sit down and eat.
 
Bro, if I knew your current diet when you first posted about this a week ago, I would have recommended you stop and learn a lot more first. Protein is so key when trying to build muscle. That is POSSIBLY why the scale has not gone up for you. But you are worrying about the scale way too much man. Worry about getting in the proper foods that are going to make the scale go up before you start worrying about moving the scale up when your consuming a garbage diet. And by garbage diet I mean that for the amount of calories you are taking in, you are not getting even close to the amount of protein you should. Im not flaming you at all but you need to learn a lot more brother. A persons diet should always be in check before they start using gear, thats just my personal opinion.
 
I think you might have mistaken the common idea for bulking. I've heard of making you daily protien requirements and your daily cal requirements and to not worry too much about the carb anf fat ratio. Maybe that is what your friend told you.

What's your breakfast sandwich? Why not make it an egg sandwich and eat three of them. There you go, lots a protien and cals.
 
wake up and drink a weight gain shake 700 cals, then I eat a breakfast sanwhich just about everyday sausage,or bacon cheese, 2eggs. then lunch a cheeseburger from a lunch cart or cheesesteak, then either a mexican pizza from taco bell 2280cals, or a whopper wit cheese from burgerking, then my weight gain shake 700cals, then a P B and J sanwhich then a tastkake, another weight gain shake700cals and a can of tuna before bed.
 
As of tommorrow I will up my intake of protein to 300grams and calories will stay at 5000+ a day I hope that 300grams of protein is enough! but out of 300grams how much should be consumed after training? the rest I will drink through out the day. And can I basically eat whatever I want to bulk up (using common sense)? My protein shake is called bomber blend its made by Dave Draper and Co. if anyone wants a link let me know, it worked for him! should I ever take more than 50mg of anadrol during my 6 weeks?

In response to your questions: At your size, even with test only at 400mg/week, you should grow with adequate protein (although 2 weeks is a bit early to see a lot of change form long-ester test!) Your original protein intake was woefully insufficient, as has been pointed out. I never grew much at all even on test until I learned how to eat.
As for as the 'drol, I've never used it, but if your feeling strength increases after 2 weeks, that's the 'drol, and possibly test beginning to kick in.
At your size, don't go over 50 on the 'drol!
