i'm 26 yr. old, 6'3" 280# good athlete but in worst shape of my life. i just started taking hydroxadrine with ephedrine and plan on eating well, exercising, etc. to loose atleast 35# in four months and then i want to get buff taking 1- ad or some other such supplement i've been reading about on here and want to know which one is best for me with little side effects, and i also want to know if it is healthy to loose lots of weight and then gain alot back in the form of muscle or if it would be better to try and loose fat and gain muscle at the same time?

You are much better off picking a specific goal (lose weight OR gain muscle). Having a mixed goal makes it difficult to measure your progress. 35 pounds in 4 months is aggressive. A goal of 16 pounds in 16 weeks is probably more realistic, and will allow you some room for error. If you try to lose much more weight than that, you runa serious risk of catabolising a LOT of muscle. Successful weight reduction comes from diet, not from your supplements, though ECA, clen, GH obviously can increase fat burning. Adding an anabolic (even a weak one like 1-ad) might reduce muscle loss during your diet, but I think you would be best off avoiding the prohormones.

i have to agree with ^. just burn the fatty first. and than bulk up next oct. unless ur 90 u have a long life ahead of u. no need to lose muscle.

thanx. that's probably a good idea to burn the fat first and then get buff. is this a good diet?: ephederine and cereal for breakfast, sushi for lunch and ephederine and an apple for dinner? i'm kinda hungry and i have a bit of a headache but i feel pretty good and loosing weight, yay!

what?

losing 40 lbs in 4 months is not unrealistic. i lost 40 in 3 before i hit a plateau.

your diet seems pretty low cal, like you are barely taking in 1000 calories a day. An apple for dinner is not nearly enough. From what i've seen, cutting calories only slightly below maintenance (400 or so below) and upping your cardio will work better than a starvation diet because you'll save more muscle that way.

and are you sure you want to use 1-ad? i dont know if that particular prohormone causes gyno but i wouldn't be suprised.

Don't starve yourself. You'll prevent yourself from losing weight, which is the opposite of what you want to do. Eat smaller meals, eat more often, and you will speed up your metabolism. This will help you burn away the fat. Just lower your caloric intake moderately, and eat quality food.

thanx- you guys are right 'cause i stopped taking ephederine one day and i ate a ton, i couldn't keep up such small diet. it's a good idea to take a day off ephederine every once in a while to give body a rest, right? and to take only for two months at a time or so? i still haven't lost anything really 'cause of my two bad days what should i do to eat more consistantly healthy?

holy crap man!!!! do some research.

:wtf:

starting out by doing some cardio about 3 days per week @ 30 minutes would do wonders. do not starve yourself, eat lean meats and complex carbs for energy. save the muscle but burn the fat. i would also suggest starting out easy on the weights you want to increase your BMR but not burn out right away. good luck.
