important questions about accutane.

I am very prone to acne on androgens. When I ran anabolics, my acne was fine... until I bumped my test to a high dose. Now let's put it this way, my acne condition is bad. I am going to run accutane, however I have a few questions before I do so.

I know that accutane should be ran for a course of 6months. However, At low doses such as 20mg, acne will probably come back. I know that at higher doses such as 60-100mg, acne is very unlikely to come back, and if it does, it will come back alot less worse. Reasons are to some dna alterations.

My questions are:
Since I want to keep running androgens at high doses, will these androgens hinder accutane's healing properties?
Am I better off running low doses like 20mg ed, or high doses to get rid of acne for good?

I usually go in a level one tanning bed for 12-15 mins and epson salt baths twice a week. From what I know, test pretty much makes your pours bigger and pushes more oil out of them. Tanning and epson salt baths dries out your pours. Never heard to use benadryl before. Any special way to take it or just by mouth?

I would suggest orally, but I suppose rectally would work too. I haven't tried it myself but I know guys who have. Perhaps acne is part allergic reaction. Not much harm on trying it for a week to see if it helps.

As stated, some people get acne as a side effect from a slight allergic reaction due to the compounds you inject. The benadryl will alleviate the acne if this is the case.

I did a higher dose accutane treatment about 6years ago. Had perfectly clear skin up til bout last year when i ran my first cycle. Stupidly ran a gram of test with no ai, going off my mates advice at the time. Acne came back from that, although not nearly as bad. Nowadays when i cycle properly and manage estro my acne doesn't flare up at all. I treated that last burst of acne with zinc. Zinc is pretty magic for acne man I'd suggest giving that a run before accutane. It should be a last resort.

considering that acne is also a well known side effect of AAS unrelated to an allergic response (ie related to androgen function), i'm just surprised that it has worked in enough cases to warrant recommendation. i'm also surprised that this allergic reaction resembles acne. i probably wouldn't expect a systemic allergic skin response to a local injection (at least, not one that wasn't noticeably worse at the injection site), and my guess would be that it would show up as a rash.

I was running an AI with my test/eq, I was taking zinc, using neutrogena body wash for acne, s. acid pads, benzo. pero. cream... and I still lashed on acne like crazy... it is really bad and cystic. I was wondering if I got an allergic rxn to using 500mg/ml test and eq. Dealer said that the my test and eq have special oil or w.e to alleviate pip.

Might also be from running over a gram of test c... I got really bad acne, like everywhere on my chest shoulders and back. I wake up with like 20 new zits on me every morning

Bro u get bloodwork yet?, not to be rude but stop guessing and get bloods done see where your estro stands plus other major test as well since u have been on high doses of gear for along ass time
Have u atleast dropped down to a cruise dose or just straight blasting bro, not giving your age but bro either pct or drop down to a cruise dose and give your body a break, donate some blood and get a full blood panel done man

I am running T500 at 1.5g/week at the moment and I have a little acne on my shoulders but nothing major, I know some companies use Ethyl Oleate and super solvent for high dosed compounds to help with PIP and I react very badly to it, redness, itching and a lot of acne so that may be the issue as well. (their special oil).
