Increase your appitite! What I just learned

Drinking diet soda or using artificial sweetners, working out in cold water, using bitter spices, cut down on fiber, garlic, onions, artichoke heart, 2:1 ratio of protien to carbs, over eat at night close to bed time at least once a week, and drinking fruit juices. I had no clue that all of these things lead to an increase in appitite. I already do most of these things but I guess I could start spicing up my food and drink more juice. since everyone jumps on the B12 comment, thaught I'd throw some of this stuff out there that I just found.
 
The only problem with most fruit juices is that they are high in sugar. Eat bitter foods such as olives-the greek or Italian kind not those salty things with red goop in the center. Hot spicy foods actually help with digestion and can increase appetite, cinnamon is a natural appetite stimulant. If you really want to increase your appettite I recommend seeing a Chinese herbalist and they will set you up with natural appetite stimulants that will really work well.
 
ya I've been looking into chinese herbs. But where I live nothing is availible. Do you know the names of the herbs or blends off hand. Its just hard sometimes sifting through all the internes BS to find legit brands, stores, and prices. Ya with the juice its the insulin crash I guess that causes the hunger. I try to stick with 100% juices but the surgar doesn't bother me so much, its carbs and calories so its not all bad, I don't get fat easily so it not a big deal, thats why I have to eat so much, and it gets hard sometimes.
 
haha...not just any sex, but Vigorous sex. Theres a serious difference here. Cool stuff, but you train your body to consume more food, just like you train your body to lift more weight. Good ideas tho.
 
After a while of consuming large amounts of food for a long period for me, eventually my stomach says no and I start getting nauseous after a small amount. I have to use every trick in the book to be able to eat a lot constantly all day. its easiers early in the day but at night its very hard for me

See its kinda different for me. When im gaining, i hate waking up and eating breakfast. And im the "garbage disposal" : )
