Drinking diet soda or using artificial sweetners, working out in cold water, using bitter spices, cut down on fiber, garlic, onions, artichoke heart, 2:1 ratio of protien to carbs, over eat at night close to bed time at least once a week, and drinking fruit juices. I had no clue that all of these things lead to an increase in appitite. I already do most of these things but I guess I could start spicing up my food and drink more juice. since everyone jumps on the B12 comment, thaught I'd throw some of this stuff out there that I just found.
