Info On Cramps and AAS Usage!!!

Try Taurine 500-1000 mg three times a day. Works well for clen associated cramping. Not sure about tren-- I don't think anyone knows the mechanism.

Careful with the Mg supplements-- it's a killer laxative, bro.

Think of your muscle motor neurons in terms of an automobile engine, in order for the engine to run there must be a spark from the spark plugs, magnesium provides the spark neccessary for muscle contraction.

The magnesium in "milk of magnesia" is the active ingredient of that laxative. Any magnesium containing oral agent will cause diarrhea unless it's combined with Calcium carbonate or Aluminium carbonate.
 
Yeah! you are exactly right and they combine them in things like Tums or Rolaids.......or whatever that makes sense so they cancel out negative effects....
