Info would be greatly appreciated

Just wanted to say hello to everyone, I enjoy reading alot of the info on this site. I find it helpful and better than most sites out there so here I am.

I am currently in week two of my first cycle. I am current on Test cyp.pharmacy grade 500mg/week for 10 weeks. I am 30 years old and trained for a couple years. I am 6' 4" and weigh 226lbs. not sure about body fat % but could def shed 10lbs or so. I have never been one to have to worry about my diet. I have read alot of info on here and I have been trying some different things and have some concerns.
My diet is as follows:

8 AM oatmeal, two eggs pouched one non fat yogurt and a glass of oj

930 workout

11AM whey protein shake, turkey sandwich and grapes

2pm 1 2 oz. can of tuna, 1 romain lettuce leaf with a slice of tomato. 3 fig newtons and 2 slices of whole wheat bread

5pm 6oz. chicken breast with steamed broccoli.

8pm This is my toughest time cause im not hungry usually. I usually force down left over dinner scraps or make a turkey or tuna sandwich. every once in a while i will eat pasta with red sauce

10pm a scoop of peanut butter or a nutri grain bar.


I understand it depends on what i want out of my cycle. I want LEAN MASS GAINS. Can anybody alter my diet or tell me if i am on the right track. I am just learning and wish I would have waited til I had it under control but really want to make the best of it!! Since this is my first cycle I would appreciate any more adive anyone would offer me. I really value some of the information you guys know any help is greatly appreciated. oohhhh I almost forgot I train 4 times a week ususally one body part a day about an hour at a time not much cardio..

I do have my post cycle therapy (pct) as well however I am taking anastranazol and tomaxifren ( spell check ) sorry throughout my current cycle now

Protein!!

Hey,
Based on your size & the added change test cyponate brings about to the body you are not ingesting near enough protein. To make the gear worth it you need around 2 grams of quality protein per pound of body weight. It is smart that you are starting with a single steroid for your first time instead of stacking w/others.
