Injected too much in obe spot...

First time injecting, 250cc per 1ml so decided that I would do 325cc per week hence 1.3ml per week.

You're supposed to shoot Test E twice a week so I shot 1.3ml in each Delt Wednesdays and Sundays.

3rd week in and my shoulders are itching and felt like there was a mosquito constantly sucking on me. My dealts are all red now and looks like I have an extra layer of skin growing there and I suspected an infection but didn't have the exact same symptoms.

Put hot water on them and heated bags but it just made it reder.

Today my cousin told me I forgot to divide by 2 I'm not sure how that slipped my mind...

So I'm guessing I should just leave my shoulders alone and start shooting 0.7ml in some other spot?

you spent two weeks and didn't notice that ?
anyway , the proper dose for test E is 400-600/ week ,,,, you didn't over dose
but seriously you almost know nothing about what you're doing, you should have probably read more than that !

Your fine.....you can inject up to 3ml into your delta at once

I agree. I once (due to low low dosing of supply) had to put 5ml in each glute a week. No problems...

for next time i would also look into doing one cheek at a time for ex. i used to do right side on mondays left on thursdays for test.. just food for thought
