Injecting Vitamin B12

B-12 definitely kicks things up a noche or two. I get endless energy, hunger cravings, as well as a leaning down effect. Not sure if this is compounded by a vegetarian diet -- no meat/fish.

When starting off with B12 -- load up for the first 7 days at 1000mcg, then follow it up with 2-3 times a week to maintain.

Only way to go IM - NOT SubQ.

Good advice

Only thing I'm doing different is keeping the B-12 on the shelve away from light.Suppose its better to leave it in the fridge and then I was reading the B-12 does have a temperature tolerance and it might be too cold,So I'm keeping on the shelve instead.

No it does not have to be cycled..An insulin pin is what diabetics and herion addicts use..It's just a real small pin something like 29g pin...And you do not inject IM you inject SubQ and the best place is in the belly. Just pinch up some belly fat and inject...

I got a bottle of human grade b12 from RUI and it says on the label to inject IM.

My Bottle says to do it IM...Even wrote a letter to the company asking about SubQ....But they said to do it IM.So I have been pinning my delts 2X a week each side.Doesn't even hurt with a 29G.Suppose to use up all the bottle and it can't be stored so it might expire as what it says on the bottle.

I figured if you're going to increase your weight gain or some training program is going to be taxing on the body..Use B-12.

It's even in my Steroid Handbook called the "anabolic reference Guide" back from 1991.(6th issue)Very informative book by Nathan Phillips.

Wow...that Book cost $67 to $136 ..only 5 left.
