yup sure do,thats all i pin is my glutes,takes a while to get used to it,just havet to practice,without needle lol,and start off with a smaller needle like a 25 g 1 1/2 inch and do it slow,the reach arounds are rough to get used to,but after you get the hang of it,its easy,i try and get the outer most part of my glute so its easy to pin,so i wont bend the needle and dont stick it all the way in,case it breaks
