Injection frequency and Hemoglobin/Hb

Did I read on here or somewhere else that injecting every 3.5 days vs 7 produces less of a spike on these levels? My body is sensitive to TRT even though I donate blood and platelets (when my Sched permits)

Hoping to reduce my need to donate without a big decrease in my weekly dose.

Weekly protocol:
120 mg week Test C
750 IU HcG
1mg Adex

This keeps me at a trough of 650 at 39 yrs old. Feel good with good libido etc so again don't wanna mess with regimen.

Aware of any data? Anecdotal or studies? Thanks
