Injection Pain below injection site

So it has been 2 days now since I shout 250mg of test e in my delt and the top of my bicep and below my delt there is a lump and redness. It is sore also. The night after the injection I started to feel real sore and the next day I noticed that the lump was not at the injection site at the delt but below it which means it probably seeped out. I used a 25g 1" pin. I've been reading up and see that is pretty common especially for noobs but was wondering on other ppl's time frame for when the pain, redness and lump subsided. I've been taking left over amoxicillian just in case of infection. The pain is somewhat diminished but the pinkish color is still there and lump also though that isn't as big either. No fever.

1. Don't take antibiotics unless you KNOW there's an infection. Otherwise, you create the potential for stronger strains of bacteria in your body - which makes for bad times when you DO need it.

2. Yes, it's normal if you don't land the needle in the muscle belly.

3. The pain/swelling should subside within two weeks. If you develop a fever, notice spiderweb like veins at the injection site, notice the site become "shiny" and hard, or any other common symptoms of infection - it's time to see a doctor for that nasty B12 shot you did.

My .02c :)
