Injection site bump and soreness

I injected 1cc of Test Wednesday night in my left quad... I now have a sore/bump, its not red and I don't feel ill, so I don't think its infected... there was alot of blood this time and when i finished the injection and pulled the stopper (by accident) it filled up with blood.

just want to know if this should be of any concern?

Yes I did, thoroughly, plus the amp as well and it was from the same bottle of Test I used for my previous injection.

Im pretty sure its a hematoma, just wondering if I will have to get it drained now?... I dont have any physical or injection site symptoms of an infection.
