been running 750 test/ 300 tren EW. Latelty when I run, i get insane shin pumps and have to stop, to freakin painful to keep going. Anyone experience this and have a solution?
eliptical wasnt so bad...tried the t-mill again and it is getting more tolerable. increased water and doubled my multi-vitamin (for the potassium). seems good here.
