Insulin questions

I will be finishing a sixteen week cycle in which I ran a gram of test each week throughout the cycle. I ran dbol for the first dbol and fina for the first half of the cycle. I've ran several cycles before but this one worked particularly well for me. I put on about 20 pounds. But I'm still about 20 pounds from my target weight of 270. So I would like to not lose any gains post-cycle and possibly gain some weight. I will be using clomid of course. I am also planning to use slin. I've read all the FAQ's and primers about it and I'm comfortable using it. My question is how long can you run slin? Will slin help me to avoid a crash? By crash I mean will it keep my strength where its at and will it help with a workout intensity. At my current weight of 250 is 10iu's post workout enough? I will be using humulin-R. Thanks.
 
Slin will definately help avoid the crash, and may help add muscle. It also helps restore the hpta to a small/medium degree. It won't do much for work out intesity though.

Running 4-6 weeks has never given me a problem so run it for all of the post cycle. You may add some fat but that is much better than loosing muscle :) If you add clen and a low dose of t3 that may help with the fat.
 
I actually agree with elijah for once!

Adding 12.5mcg of T3 to your post cycle therapy (pct) would be a fantastic addition to the insulin, both to maximize insulin's action and to help fight fat.

You'd be surprised...10 IUs will be plenty. Even at 250 lbs I'd start at 2IU post-workout and slowly work up by 1IU - 2IU until you reach 10-12 IU.
 
Thanks for the info. I hadn't even considered t-3, but I might now. I've never had problem with fat. I'm 250, but I'm 6'6 and lean. I actually wouldn't mind gaining a little fat at this point. I'm working on adding size until Feb. Then I will begin a cutter.
