Insulin users, question on morning meal

If your taking slin preferably Humalog upon waking can you give an example of your meals.

I've been taking Humalog post-workout for 1 week(up to 8 iu's), and thinking about adding it in the morning(4-5 iu's). I'm also on HGH, taking 4.5 iu's total, split into 2.25 upon waking and 2.25 pre-workout, and Cytomel 25mcg/day. As well as being on Test/Anavar and Fina soon.

Wondering if everyone just takes a simple carb/high protein shake after injecting then a normal breakfast 45-60 min later. Or do some more experience guys inject then just eat a normal breakfast of mainly comlpex and some simple carbs as well as protein? then just eat another meal about 2 hour later.

4-5 ius in the morning you should be able to get away with some oatmeal and rasin's along with a protien shake and the same thing an hour or so later (you won't make it 2 hours, believe me). Start low and keep some glucose on hand. Insulin along with the GH is a great idea as it decreases insulin sensitivity.
A little ALA in the AM is a nice stack with a low to medium dose of insulin.
 
I always stay away from "whole" foods when slin is active in my system!!

I would go with a Whey blend that is high in fiber. I would drink 2 shakes. I love VPX Micelean.

Have some juice around just incase.

I feel the bio-availability of the whey is much more productive than whole food when used in conjunction with slin!
 
so would it just be better to take say a mix of simle/complex carbs(dextrose/maltodexrtin) right after the shot in the morning(instead of all simple carbs...dextrose).... to avoid higher chance of fat gain.

because you are not as depleted in the morning as you are after an intense workout.

so my schedule would look like this:
8:00am (5 iu's Humalog) and 40-50 carbs(mix of 50%dextrose,50% maltodextrin) and 50 grams whey-iso
8:45-9:00am breakfast (40-50 carbs and 50-60 protein)

4:00pm(post-workout) (8-10 iu's Humalog) and 60-80 carbs(100% dextrose) and 50 grams whey-iso

how's this look, trying to keep fat gain to a minimum
Also on HGH 4.5 iu's, 2.25 iu's 45-60 min before slin shot
Also on Cytomel 25mcg to speed metabolism and help protein syn.
And on Test/Var and dropping Anavar (var) in a few weeks and adding in Fina.

The 10 carbs per iu is just a safe place to start. If you are worried about weight gain you can try backing off the carbs slowly to where you are comfortable, but be careful. After my last cycle I got to where I would do 12iu post workout with only 40 carbs and 4iu every morning with just a protein shake. But that is me, everyone reacts differently.
