quick question

I ordered some stuff from overseas that supposely did not require a signature. I received the "we missed you" note at my door from my mail man that said I can pick it up and or sign the paper etc... I did some searching on this issue and I have heard that all international packages through usps require signature? What do you guys think?

I think the hard part is over...meaning that it made it through customs... just go get it...I mean if you had been home the first time you would have already had it right...lol

the thing that gets me actually is now im reading the note it says " if checked, you or your agent must be present at time of delivery to sign for item." Why can't I just sign and leave the card in my mailbox?

Paranoid much??...the post office cant do shit to you...all they want to do is deliver your package..either go get it ...or just drop the subject

I had the exact same thing happen to me on a kilo of enanthate powder, the craziest thing about the story is when I went to fedex to pick the pack up after the 3rd day of them trying to deliver it is after I signed for it the handed me my box wrapped in green customs tape!! I was freaking out all the way home thinking I was about to get busted anyways its a long story but when I got home and opened it even the powder bundle inside was wrapped in green customs tape!! How it wasn't seized or whatever is beyond me

Seeing as I think he's probably considering going to USPS and trying to recover his package I would guess he used his real name

Bigger balls than me. I would let that shit go. You picking up that e powder was pretty fucking ballsy too.

they'll use a signiture to hold you accountable, happened to someone i know, signed for the package, 5 min later cops kicked in the door... no bs

this is a good point. if it were me i'd just cut my losses and order domestic next time. the signature will show the prosecutor your intent.

This. I talked to a criminal defennse attorney that has had experience in mail order 'contraband' cases and he said the signature is an absolutely HUGE part needed to build a case/search your house.

A few days ago I asked a source that does domestic/international shipments if I could get it could be sent through a means that didn't require a signature if I waived my right for any type of re-ship if it got lost and they refused to under any circumstances.

How inept are these people to FORCE all their customers to sign for a package? Do they not realize what they're selling? I won't be touching that source with a 10 foot pole.

Signed and everything went smooth. All international ordered sent in a package needs to be signed for to my understanding
