10mg will do nothing for you. 30mg is the lowest I would use. Dbol at 30mg is good, and it does not reduce everyone's appetite. Some guys have that issue with drol. If you already have it in your head that it will effect your appetite then it will.
I would run a minimum of 30mg, if you don't have any issues then keep it at 30 or bump to 40 or 50. But 30mg at 6 weeks is better IMO than 50 for 4 weeks. Ghrp 2 is not intended to increase appetite. Ghrp 6 is know to cause an increase in appetite as a side effect due to gastric emptying and gherlin. If you are going to use ghrp6, you might as well purchase cjc 1295 which is a ghrh. These are growth hormone releasing peptides. They are pretty worthless on their own, but the combination of a ghrp and ghrh will cause a huge spike in natural Gh.
But they come in small vials as a lypholyzed powder. You need to add 2ml of bacteriostatic water to the ghrp and ghrh, then based on the mg of the vial figure out the dosing. With these prptides you will need to dose 100 mcg of ghrp/ghrh in the same pin, 3 x a day.
Inject b12 helps some with appetite.
I wouldn't worry about 30mg of dbol killing appetite. If you are training hard you should be hungry, I know it can be difficult but if you can't eat, you won't grow. Most people get an increase in appetite while on cycle anyway. If you have to, add in some not so great cals just to get them in. At one time I had to make a pre made shake before bed, I would set my alarm and wake up after about 4 hours and drink the shake: 2 scoops protein, 1 cup oats blended into powder, 1-2 scoops peanut butter, 1-2 tbl spoons EVOO, 8-12oz milk, 10 ice cubes, a banana. Blend it all together, keep in fridge, and drink when you wake up in the middle of the night.
During the day either pre plan and make your meals ahead of time so you can get use to eating on a schedule, or just eat when hungry but eat as much as possible. It all depends on your body and your goals.
