Is Hgh right for me? or IGF-1? or both

Hey guys, I'm 32 years old, 6 foot, 165Ibls, around 10%bf. I've done a couple cycles before and now I'm thinking of doing gh in conjunction w a cycle. I'm planning at least a 6 month cycle since I've heard there's no point of doing any less at 4ius a day. After the first 4 weeks bringing in 500mgs of sus/week followed by a PCT. I'm hoping my gains will be more permanent since hg creates muscle fibers. Could I use IGF with hg? Any thoughts, suggestions? Oh and when should I get blood tests?

Thanks

Don't take this the wrong way but your 6' and 165 lbs. U need to eat! Especially since u said u got a few cycles in u. I'm around 6' and I got 60+ lbs on u and I'm not huge. I eat though. U can take whatever gear u want but if u don't eat it will be a waste.

Short answer... no. There's something off in your diet and training to have done 2 cycles and still have those stats. Not trying to be a jerk. Besides,, HGH needs to be ran a little longer that, extremely expensive and is maybe the most faked compound out there. What does your diet and training look like?

No offence taken, I did a cycle a year ago, 10 weeks pentadex300 at 600mg/day got up to 186Ibls. I changed nothing as far as eating or workout schedule after cycle and now I'm at 165. I kept 5Ibls from before the cycle. I'm stronger than before the cycle but still dropped big time from during cycle. I have a crazy metabolism, I can eat anything, maybe that's bs, I dunno.

Shit bro, nothing less than those stats and 1% body fat is what i would expect after a couple of cycles with real esteroids. You aren't eating enough most likely. Even people with "beast" metabolism at most are only getting 500+ in their basal metabolic rate. You need to eat more. You aren't eating as much as you think you can.

Best advice i can give you: count your calories! Use an app on your phone or use one of the many websites available to help keep track. I never saw any real results in the year or so i was training until i started counting. That way you hit a surplus every day, consistently. Takes away the guessing of how much am i really eating?

Get used to counting everything you consume for a month or so, then run a cycle. Make sure to eat at maintenance or bulk theoughout PCT and for a month or so after...
