i've read some posts that the nolvadex will reduce the effect of arimidex, but i heard that many of bodybuilders are using adex and nolva during the cycle for the better preventing gyno.
as i'm somehow gyno-sensitive, I'm gonna use 0.5~1g adex a day, and 20mg nolva a day.(i usually use 0.5g adex and if i feel some itch under my nipple, I increase 1 full tab a day)
would it be better to prevent the side effects on nipples than just using adex alone? or worse..?
