Is it possible to lose 1% of bf/week

Since I'm done in two days with finals... thank god. I'm going to be hitting the gym 5-6x week and train harder. I going to do this diet till 01-23-13. Tell you the truth, its weird to eat other foods, im so use to eating 9 egg white and chicken and chicken lol. So i'd say about 8 weeks of this diet. I'm always going to stick to this diet, just when i take off, ill have 1-3x a cheat meal where i can just chill and relax a bit.
 
So what all were you running during the majority of this cut, other than what you have written on your post above? No t3 or clen?
 
I ran clen two weeks on and off for 8 weeks, and during midterms when things got tuff in pre med lol i took some oxy elite to keep my ass WIDE awake, and CLA's. But thats pretty much it, na i have t3 on hand but i didn't want to lose muscle mass and etc... you know. Clen def helped me lose the first 20-25lbs, after that i was so happy i was done, cause i able to get my strength higher, last 7-10lbs was just CLA and oxy, it didn't lose 2.5lbs when i cheated so, most def diet had to be on check or your supps wont do jack shit. I didn't start taking CLA until week 6
 
Cool man :) thanks for the info. I'm not crazy enough to go for clen just yet; EC (which has similar biochemical mechanisms, both being beta receptor agonists) seems to do the job.

Was there any reason you preferred clen over EC? I wonder if EC might not be better for longer cuts because its usage does not result in the downregulation of beta receptors.
 
Not sure what EC is... lol Um i thought clen would suite with my diet and my workouts in the beginning. Btw just dropped 4LBS during finals fucking all this dam bs stress
 
O imma take that when i finish up oxy and wait lke 4 weeks. But this diet is going to be on and off to get me naturally where i want to be. AND then take TREN ACE< ANAVAR< TEST PROP for 10 weeks my dude, and create a monster... shredded one haha ;)
 
clen is fun but from what i hear it shouldn't be used more than 4 months total per year due to it affecting the heart.

Yeah definitely agree. I read some of the studies a while back about the reasons they took clenbuterol off the US market. It definitely has some negative impacts on the tissue of the heart, but I figure 2 short bursts a year isn't too big a problem. Then again, I do take a lot of it, haha
 
I read a study about hypertrophy of the left ventricle. Seemed to be mostly due to overtraining if I remember right. Doesn't seem to make my heart race or maybe I just don't notice. I just sweat and shake like hell.

How much are you taking? Anytime I go above 80mcg I feel like my heart is going to rip out of my chest. It's intense. 160mcg was one hell of an adventure, and yielded great results.
 
i dont know if i have posted on this thread.. it is possible to lose 1% a week ONLY if your stats are in the right place.. if your 290% and 36% it gets tough lol
