is it true you cannot keep gains while off the gear?

ive seen a video from marc lobliner on youtube, and this other guy called jerry on youtube, his channel is bios3

both say that you lose everything when you come off, and the only way to keep them is HRT?

Isnt that a load of horse shit? pretty sure they are just trying to keep people off the stuff,

no, not horse shit at all.
You will only keep what you would have gained naturally when you finally come off.

yeah i dont agree with him at all
especially if a person if far away from his natty limits, someone like me, most gains could be kept,

Its based on what I have observed over the years.
Guys who blow up to 250 + with gear normally plateau out at around 180-200 when they finally come off.(with differing bf% as well)
Now if they had done it naturally thats pretty much where they would have been anyway.

You cant hold all that muscle naturally, it just doesnt happen.

Beats your false response
I take it you are young and still believe all the stories you get told online about people keeping gains from the things they take.
I can only ask you to wait until your time comes to stop using completely.
Experience is invaluable.

Just seen your stats, what happened when you stopped training due to injury?
How much weight did you drop, how much did your body composition change and how long were you off?

I've seen this topic debated countless times, and I honestly can't make up my mind which side of the argument I stand on. I guess I'm in the grey on this one until I gain further knowledge on the subject.

I've seen guys blow up to 230lbs, come off gear, & shrink back down to 180+/-. But I can't tell you if they maintained proper eating/lifting habits prior to gear, although it did take about 1.5years for them to really shrink back down. So I can't say for sure that their bodies fight for homeostasis just simply won the battle.

But if you start juicing without having a solid build to work off of, blow up over a 1-2 year time span, then get off gear. Chances are you'll loose most of it.

What I lost due to my injury is irrelevant in this case as i was not on cycle when I got injured and was unable to train. What you are saying is when you come off gear you lose everything, which is not true, unless you stop training altogether and stop eating and do not do PCT. Any person, gear or no gear will lose muscle without being able to train, or consume adequate calories. I have over ten years at this and i sit only 10lbs lighter off cycle then on, for a 90 pound gain off cycle.

And like everything in bodybuilding nothing reigns true for every single individual. Some will lose some wont, but with proper nutrient consumption and adjusting your training correctly and proper PCT, one will stay ahead of what he was.

So how much do you think you would have gained natty in ten years?

PS What were your stats when you started and now?

i just think banzi's statement is entirely too generalized. he is saying everyone loses all their gains and shrinks back down to 180lbs after coming off gear. i just dont agree. do you lose muscle, of course. do you lose all of your muscle, doubt it.

I didnt say all of it, I said you will end up where you were if you did it natty.

Do u understand trt banzi or just completly fucked bro, no I dont come off but I drop down to my reg dose of 200mg/week

Not 90 dude not even close, but thats only an assumption because how would i really be able to answer that question with certainty?

Started 6'2 and change 145

Now 6'2 230 this morning was up at 240 but just finished PCT, so ive dropped water!
