Is it worth my money to take supps, on my cycle?

What you will soon find out is how much of a waste your supplements were in the past... The most important "supplement" youll need on gear is food, as much of it as u can eat.

i actually agree with this alot. bcaa, creatine and any other supposedly anabolic supp is a complete waste. anti oxident and nutrient supps will be the only benificial ones while insulin mimickers will aid for a cut. save money on any other supp and buy more food.
 
I use Multi, Fish Oil, Creatine, Vitamin D (night shift vampire crew checking in), vitamin c, and caffeine/preworkout. On or off cycle I use all that. Some of the most godly pumps I ever got were running Test Blend/EQ/Var and taking a preworkout or a cialis beforehand. But never both because you can have a dangerous drop in blood pressure if you combine cialis with nitrates.

Protein powder I don't consider a supplement. Its a food source.

i didnt think about the cialis, i take 10mg a day in liquid. and agree protien isnt a supp its food.
