Im on my 4th week of test E, eating 2200 cals, doing cardio 30 mins, 5 X a week, i havent dropped any fat.

I say fat because most of you will say the scale lies, so i go by my waist measurement, which as stayed the same througout.

I am also using Arimidex A! 0.5MG EOD should I bump it to ED?

Please provide more info: height/weight/dose of test e, estimated bf% and pre cycle blood work if you have it.

Also how sure are you of 2200cals. Often people grossly underestimate their calories. I know it's happened to me in the past

I agree. What is your bf% One thing to remember is that the higher your bf% the greater the chances of E2 related sides.

If you are correct and 2200 cal is what yo are taking in, you should be seeing a decrease in bf% I also think 0.5 mg eod of adex would take care of E2 related sides. If you are obese going to ed instead of eod my be a good decision.

What are the side effects to look for when unceasing arimidex dosing?

You need to keep using the AI eod or everyday bro.

Nothing to get too concerned about. If your bf is high you would be better off doing lots of cardio and double check your diet. Is your bf% higher than 15%? If so it would be better to get that down before you cycle but since you have already started and are 4 weeks in as long as you don't see any signs of gyno finish up as you planned, and use a solid pct.

Like I said bro, no worries. Diet and cardio.

^^^ Agreed... The fact the OP blatantly ignored the fact that more than one person asked for stats and diet tells me the problem is obvious. Diet! No Test E isn't making you fat, piss-poor diet or training is. If your bf% is already high you will seem to be getting fatter because of water retention. Post your stats otherwise we will all assume the obvious, shitty diet and poor training, inexperience, etc.......... You want advice give us the whole picture. A doctor can't help you without a checkup right? Well we can't help you without the facts.

This tells me that your diet is not good. You bust your ass doing that much cardio AND you're on test?? Test has been proven to help burn fat.

Just remember, eating good 6 days a week and cheating on Sundays will make it a slow and hard process to burn fat. I am not saying you are doing this but this is what I did last summer. And since I have a natural bulky body, I absorb carbs and sugar more than normal people, so I would bust my ass all week at the gym and on Sundays I would pig tf out and eat donuts, olive garden, ice cream etc....so I made it a hard grind on myself to loose my gut.

if you do this(because a lot of people do), this will make the fat burning lot harder

When I'm cutting I don't even bother with cardio. When I say that I mean strenuous cardio where I'm huffing and puffing. Walking is good cardio to cut on. When your doing that strenuous activity you are also breaking down muscle along with fat which can give the "skinny fat look". Many people also make the mistake of switching weight training programs when they cut. Do the same program that got you the strength gains to retain those gains!

But when it comes to losing weight diet is the most important factor. Whether you are actually taking in 2200 calories isn't the important thing. As long as your eating the same thing every day thats what your body is used to. If your daily intake of 2200 calories isn't resulting in your body changing then drop the number. Drop it to 2000 calories and see what progress has occurred in two weeks. Keep protein, fat high, and carbs low. Carb refeed days can help too so that you don't get weak as shit. good luck man.

Exactly. Cut or not I rarely do intense cardio, by rarely I mean less than 10 times a year. 120-140 bpm is all you need to cut, you get higher than that and you risk going catabolic, 30-60 minutes at 130 bpm is perfect.

As far as you taking in 2200 calories not being the important part is also correct, if you're getting your 2200 from Big Macs and Whoppers that's shit, if you're getting it from lean, un-fried, meats. Green veggies, complex carbs you're g2g. No simple sugars, or empty calories. Every thing you put in your body is meant to be fuel, think of it as maintenance on a machine and not a "treat" ...

I don't completely agree with low carbs to cut though, I keep my carb intake higher than fat cut or bulk. But if it works for you go for it..... Nobody said this shit was easy, we'd all be Ronnie or Jay if it was, it's work 24/7 and it takes more mental dedication than any other sport in the world since it consumes your life...
