Im on my 4th week of test E, eating 2200 cals, doing cardio 30 mins, 5 X a week, i havent dropped any fat.
I say fat because most of you will say the scale lies, so i go by my waist measurement, which as stayed the same througout.
I am also using Arimidex A! 0.5MG EOD should I bump it to ED?
