Is test still good?

I had a batch of test e from a ugl and one of the vials had what appeared to be a small clear thin piece of plastic (it's not but that would be the best way to describe it). The oil was initially clear I heated it briefly in the microwave for 10 seconds and swirled it trying to dissolve the "crashed" test into the oil. The oil is still cloudy but the "plastic" is no longer visible. I've used from the other vials in this batch and it is very good so I do not want to throw it out. Any comments are appreciated.
