Is this good program?

Please change if needed, I am new at working the legs and abs!
But would love to know if this is a good work-out

Day 1

Bench press - 10,6-8,6-8 reps
Incline Dumbell press 8-10 8-10 reps
Military Press 10, 6-8, 6-8 reps
Side Laterals 10,10 reps
Dips 20 or more
Skull Crushers 10,10 reps

Day 2 - Bow-flex ( doing the Abs)

Day 3

Squats 10, 6-8, 6-8 reps
Stiff legged Deadlift 10, 8-10, 8-10 reps
Calf Raises 20, 15, 15
Abs Machine 20, 20, 20

Day 4 Bow-flex (doing ab and little arm and ti)

Day 5
Deadlift - 10, 6-8, 6-8 reps
Chins - 10, 10 reps
One arm row 10,10 reps
Bar Curls- 10, 8 reps
Dumbell Curls 8reps
Abs 20,20 20 reps

Day 6 off

Day 7
