Newbie as will probably be obvious from this post

thanks for your anticipated patience (ran my searches before podting and still doubtful that this can work with gear on hand)...

This friend of mine...hypothetically...has 1 vial test susp (100mg/ml) @ 10ml and 2 vials Winstrol (winny) (50mg/ml) @ 10 ml (or 1000mgs of each).

He is 5'10 190; second cycle; last was a LONG time ago so this would probably count as his first for al practical purposes

Can a reasonable cycle be created from this or is it just to little test to be effective?

Thinking about a 6 week cylcle (2 test only, two both test and Winstrol (winny), 2 winny) or 8 weeks (4 and 4)...

If that seems like it would work, how would post cycle therapy (pct) go once test susp is halted and Winstrol (winny) continues?

Your friend picked the two most painful injections out there (barring the exotics like bold ace). He also picked some things that require very frequent injections, which compounds the problem.

In reality, I would dump this idea and get some test enanthate or test cyp and go from there. Your friend can use the suspension for a kick start if he so chooses.

1. ?U should run test at least 10 weeks.
2. Run a long ester for your first cycle.
3. Test suspension is an every day shot, and your probably not ready for that.

suspension and Winstrol (winny) are both water based, and can be mixed in same pin without trouble which is a good thing.

Not if he splits them up he'll be fine.

and as was said above, you need more test.. i'd add about another 200mg a week for test, 300mg a week should yield a good gain..
