IS TT/E Peak at 24 or 48 hours?

Hey fellas,

Since I have always injected ED or EOD... I never worried about peak TT on bloodwork. I have moved to E3.5D. I generally see 24-48 hours. What do you guys see as the peak day/when is the ideal reading on a E3.5D schedule? Day after injection or two days after injection? Although I've had bloodwork like 20 times since starting TRT... I've never learned when my peak is.

Probably somewhere in between 24 and 48 hours. TT and Estradiol will peak at different times too. I usually just try to get blood work done on the day of an evening injection or the day before a morning injection.

I haven't taken a Peak Blood test, so this is just experiential, not empirical, but for me 24-48 hours is definitely the peak in libido, energy and feelings of well being.

i agree in between there probably closer to 24. Half-lifes are just averages so it ranges from person to person quite a bit.

Thanks fellas, I injected this morning and will go tomorrow morning for labs. I have been low E for basically 6 months now despite not taking an AI, 10-18ish on sensitive scale. Recently changed dose from 60mg E3D to 76mg E3.5D. Now my right nip - the one that didn't get the gyno removal surgery... is puffing and hurts!! God damnit...

Praying its just the flux in levels, as my E has been low for so long. Have Ralox and Nolva on hand... but want readings first before basically introducing a light estrogen to my body.
