So i have been away for a few years. Went through a nasty divorce, wife was trying to use my PED use to take the kids from me. Then after all was said and done I got back on, was getting ready to compete and I was diagnosed with stage three colorectal cancer in late 2017. Had a golf ball size tumor removed and I dont have a bag thank God. Ive been cancer free for a year but it took a toll on me. Lost everything i had worked for over the years. I went from 240 to 187 lbs and now I am back to over 200 lbs but i havent been working out. I was thinking of getting back on but i want to hear from anyone whos gone through anything like this and what to expect and ANY AND ALL ADVICE is welcomed. Its good to be back and alive just fyi.
