It's Millertime! First test cycle log

I will be running 600 mg/week of test E for 12 weeks, first pin will be Monday May 14th.

Week 1-12: Test E 600mg/wk (Monday and Thursday injections of 300mg)

Week 15-18:
Nolva 40/40/20/20 ED
Clomid 50/50/50/50 ED

Aromasin on hand if needed at anytime during the cycle. May start taking it around week 3-4 at 6.25mg ED if needed.

Height: 6'2
Weight: 210 lbs

Bench: 300lbs

Training

To begin I'm gonna do a very slightly altered version of the FST-7 workout that I've seen a few people have good results with. I will post individual workouts to show progress throughout the cycle.

Diets good. I've been lurking around 3J's diet section for a while. No need to post up every meal I eat.

I'm really using this log to track my own individual progress and receive feedback from you guys throughout. Thanks for following!
 
1st pin was yesterday. Since I my workout for the day was bi's and tri's I thought if I injected in the shoulder it would prevent it from getting sore but that's not the case. My right shoulder is tender as a mofo. Nothing unbearable just annoying.

Tried the FST-7 for arms:
1 minute between sets, and 30 seconds between sets of 7's

Biceps:

Crazy pump in my arms. Felt like a wuss curling the 50lb barbell but it kicked my butt after the 4th set.
 
Earlier was Legs day. I'm sad to say I haven't had one of those in a while. The extent of my legs workout the past few months consisted of squating twice a week (once heavy and another 1x20 at the end of the week) and heavy deadlifts. So needless to say my legs are shot after doing the whole FST-7 style workout in right at an hour.

I guess the lack of leg workouts caught up because I was pretty disappointed in the amount of weight I could do on things such as the hack squats. Right after the squats my legs were done and the 60-90 rest periods between sets and exercises are killer. Once I get into the swing of hitting legs hard again those numbers will go up hopefully.

2nd pin was today. Injected in left hip. Very slight sorness but nothing compared to my right delt from my pin Monday. It's been sore as hell. Very sensitive to the touch and just feels tight. I can't even sleep on my right side. Probably won't pin delts anymore and will stick to hips and thighs. Not sure how it's gonna effect my shoulder workout tomorrow. No noticeable differences yet but I'm not expecting any 1 week in. Leg's sore as hell from tuesdays workout. I've been walking like I've got something shoved up my ass all day. haha

The fiance was sick today so I've been taking care of her. Today was suppose to be Back/traps/rear delts day but I had to cut it short because she called me in the middle of my workout needing me. Oh well...

Pretty upset I had to cut the workout short. I had a feeling she'd call so I was booking it. Got all this done in 30 minutes. Wish I had a little more rest inbetween sets so I could've up'ed the weight a little more.

I'm gonna start trying to progressively add 5-10 pounds each week and shoot for the same reps on every exercise.

Any tips on how to get rid/prevent this sore feeling from injections?

What is the date on the Test? Also is your muscle virgin?
 
i start my cycle next week. my stats are almost spot on to yours you just have 15 lbs on me, and i will be taking aromasin throughout me whole cycle (afraid of gyno...its my frist cycle). But i will be at test e 600 per week, what do you think brandon.miller416? Any constructive advice would be awesome, thanks man, ill be following!

Good luck bro. I'm doing 600mg per week as well. Sorry I don't really have any advice as of yet since I'm only a week in.

My advice would be - how do you know your gyno prone if you take aromasin from the start? People may disagree but I'd say don't use it until the first sign of gyno to see if your prone or not and also save it for next cycle

Some other advice. Make sure your sterile and you alcohol your spot of injection and the top of your vial. No one wants infections.

My right delt still has some PIP and is still a little tender and tight but it didn't effect my shoulder workout. It did get really tight on me during my close grip bench press. I was probably going down too far or something. Hip is still a little tender but nothing unbearable.
 
My first pin was sunday (my buddy who was my source to pinnacle only could be around to help me that day (gear virgin here lol) My shoulder is still sore, having trouble sleeping on that side as well, im def doing to try my thigh for the next pin. brandon.miller, did your shoulder get any better yet? And yes i take a shower first then alchohol swab the crap out of the spot first.

I dont know if im gyno pron, but for how little fat is kept on my upper body next to none, its all in my stomache and lower back right now, the little i still have. But i do have some right at the bottom of my chest, stubborn, never thought of gyno but i cant see why it wouldnt go away with the diet and cardio plan im on, so i fogure maybe i am pron to it. so i got nervous and decided to do aromasin all the way through, bad idea? dont flame this is my first go.
