It's Millertime! First test cycle log

My first pin was sunday (my buddy who was my source to pinnacle only could be around to help me that day (gear virgin here lol) My shoulder is still sore, having trouble sleeping on that side as well, im def doing to try my thigh for the next pin. brandon.miller, did your shoulder get any better yet? And yes i take a shower first then alchohol swab the crap out of the spot first.

Yea the pain's gone. I found it really helpful to use a heating pad and try and massage the area if it's tight. My hips have been the best bet so far. They'll definitely be sore but they don't feel tight. Just get ready to walk with a limp the next day.
 
3rd pin was Monday in my right hip. It was pretty sore Tuesday but feels fine today. Weighed 115 today btw all water weight though.

Okay, first off.... good that you are having less and less pain as your cycle goes on. There has been some BS PIP rumors going around about Pinnacle on this VERY DATED batch you are on that is WHY I asked you for the date alone. Just a point to prove is all and you stated it and the point has been proved. The PIP stories for that particular dated batch you're on (Which the ENTIRE batch is ALLLLLL the same) are stories like..... Couldn't walk for 10 days and had to miss work, went to hospital bla bla bla bla!!!!
With your feedback and you being a VIRGIN as well, this clears up the BS as COMPETITION SLANDER ALONE for the most part and maybe some POOR injection techniques for the other parts!!!!

Either way, your log looks good!!! Don't look so closely for the results, stop stepping on the scale though I know its tempting. Just Eat good, hit the weights HARD as FUCK, and the results will find YOU, you don't need to search for them!!!! Once you start feeling those unnatural pumps know that if you're eating properly and resting properly (not stressing) and working out like a mule, step on the scale about week 8 or so and you will have your MIND peeled back to the top of your traps!!!!
When you begin to feel more hungry than normal and more horny than normal.... know that it is working.... Don't look for it, just do your thing and you will KNOW, once you know Pound everything out properly and watch what happens. With the type of water retention these longer ester Tests give you, you can fluctuate 2-7 pounds in a day and that means LOSING weight, so if you're on the scale constantly you can see a loss and then put yourself in a negative state of mind and that will KILL your cycle!!!

Thanks for the advice. I never had a thought in my mind that it was the gear. I mostly blamed it on virgin muscles. I had my fiance who's a RN pin me so I think she did a good job on that part. And yea it was never anything bad just being tender and the spot of injection being tight. Both injections in the hip felt back to normal after about 24 hours just the delt injection gave me some tightness.

Everything's back to normal now and I'm really enjoying Pinnacle gear so far. I'm just stepping on a scale everyday and logging my weight to hopefully at the end show a graph of weight gained throughout the weeks. I'm not worried if I drop a few pounds bc I know it's just water at this point. Very pleased thus far!

Thats what im going to be doing tomorrow for my fourth pin, went for my left delt for the first ever and boy was that a rude awakening, went for me quads the next two which was much better. Ive read that shwoering then stretching then heating padded it wont be as bad....hopefully.

Yesterday was arms and today was legs day. Works been unbelievably busy so I've had to cut my gym time short today.

Very quick workout but still had an incredible pump in my legs after. Same with arms yesterday. Idk if it's the test starting to kick in since I'll pin for the 6th time tomorrow so it'll be the end of week 3 or if it's just how much water I've been drinking while working out or something. Love that feeling though.
 
Miller, i have had the same pump week two was on tuesday, 5th pin Saturday. I know its not anything else, my intensity is still crazy just liek it was before the gear, eating was teh same, i havent changed a thing but compairing pics a month before i started my new diet to two months after now with me on my first cycle, the pictures are night and day, nos treength increase for me just crazy pumps and a bit more vascular
 
6th pin was last night so I will begin week 4 this coming Monday. Last night was my chest and biceps day. Got a nice pump from my bicep workout and inclined benched the 90lb dumbells 12,11,10,9 which kinda impressed me since I was doing that with the 85's a few weeks earlier. My first set I felt like I could've gotten at least 15 but I stopped at 12 for some reason. Hopefully I will be able to do those numbers with the 100's by the end of cycle
 
So I was starting to run low on protein powder and was starting to get tired of my ON cookies and cream whey. Going out on a limb I ordered Muscle Pharm's Banana Cream whey and it's DELICIOUS. I've always hated the taste of protein powder. So bad it once kept me from drinking them until I tried the Cyto Gainer cookies and cream and then ON cookies and cream whey and casein. I didn't exactly like the taste but it was just tolerable in milk.

Muscle Pharm's banana cream taste like banana cream pie or like a banana laffy taffy in milk and mixes well. I would actually drink this stuff if I didn't workout and I don't have to just take a deep breath and chug it like I did the ON. Just thought I'd share if anyones looking for a new protein to check it out.

Got a solid back workout in today. Very excited about the next few weeks!
 
I can't tell as of yet. I feel bigger and my chest looks wider but I believe that it's due to water right now because I've also lost some definition. Wish I would've taken measurements before cycle started.

Nice, it was the start of my 3rd week on Saturday, i feel alot tighter. Might be imagination by my chest does look different, so does my stomach (more defined) due to my diet, trying to keep it super clean, but not sure, great log
