If you order any thing from business and they do not deliver you should definetly make it knew. Do not call them scammers at first but after a fair amount of time and no responce others should beware. If some has contact with this chem they should let him know there is a problem before it gets out of hand. In this business we pay our money up front, if it was the other way around you can bet chem would be doing the same.
fuck, keep pounding and hounding them with email and pm chem, sorry to hear of your prob with this!good luck on it and I am really surprised about this, never really had a prob ordering from them, slow 1 time.
alot of research companies are backed up right now, due to supplier situations combined with the huge influx of orders. SO pateince will pay off... just give them time. On the other hand, emails should be answered and communnication should not be cut off. If you have waited that long for an order, without any communication, i would be as pissed as you though
I finally got my order from researchkits. And it wasn't a liquid product, it was a NYC stack. I do believe 6 weeks is a bit long. Not even an apology or anything.
