Whenever I do shouldar presses or lateral raises, my shouldars pop/crack. Same thing happens to my knees whenever i bend them 90 degrees or more. What causes this and can I prevent this some way?
You can use something that may help lube your joints...I had the same problem but my joints were also very achy... I started using MSM and it almost immediately went away.... I take 2000mgs in the morning and now 2000mg in the eveing.... amazing stuff...
