Hey 3j here is a lil about me ..
I am not workn or going to school so i have time to dedicate to eatn and sleepn and workn out. My girlfriend is at school to become a chef, so i am lucky to have her to cook with me. so its not hard for me to find the tools to cook.
now i am eating this and it can vary from day to day buit i try n alwyas do a good breakfast, followed by scheduling waht i need to get for the day and what i am gonna eat.
9 am
6 whole eggs, 1 cup brown rice /or/ 60 grams of oats.
11am
tuna sandwhich on whole wheat bread.
1 large apple and 3tbls Peanut Butter
1pm
80 gram protien shake
1 bananna
3 pm
8 oz chicken breast
brocolii 1 cup
5 pm
1 bag of Beef Jerky
6$ bag, 40 grams of protien
7 pm
2 potatoes/ sweet potatoes
turkey breast 8 oz - or -16 oz steak
asparagus 8 head.
9 pm
Beef Jerky again..\

as i said i dont do much besides the gym and walk to dog here or there. i am not fond of cardio.. used to play football and rugby, lol rugby was a challenge.
anyway's. hope to get into some convo bout gettin me a dialed diet
