Hey 3j here is a lil about me ..
I am not workn or going to school so i have time to dedicate to eatn and sleepn and workn out. My girlfriend is at school to become a chef, so i am lucky to have her to cook with me. so its not hard for me to find the tools to cook.

now i am eating this and it can vary from day to day buit i try n alwyas do a good breakfast, followed by scheduling waht i need to get for the day and what i am gonna eat.


9 am
6 whole eggs, 1 cup brown rice /or/ 60 grams of oats.

11am
tuna sandwhich on whole wheat bread.
1 large apple and 3tbls Peanut Butter

1pm
80 gram protien shake
1 bananna

3 pm
8 oz chicken breast
brocolii 1 cup

5 pm
1 bag of Beef Jerky
6$ bag, 40 grams of protien

7 pm
2 potatoes/ sweet potatoes
turkey breast 8 oz - or -16 oz steak
asparagus 8 head.

9 pm
Beef Jerky again..\

as i said i dont do much besides the gym and walk to dog here or there. i am not fond of cardio.. used to play football and rugby, lol rugby was a challenge.

anyway's. hope to get into some convo bout gettin me a dialed diet

i got my bf just guessing.. ihave lil to no fat on m e, ive always been skinny, andi have a fast metabolizin..

i think i got my bmi to 1997.65
and tdee im nts about ill take the time tho to go threwe this and get it right.. i just got my gear and am stoked. but i am gonna wait till i have all the food in my fridge baha
 
yea 8% is a whole diff story.. could u post up a pic? or pm me one?

your bf is gonna tell me alot about your nutritional needs...
 
alrighti tried sending u a pic pm but i dont have a clue how to post it on a site or w.e its askn me i have me in my avatar now.. and yea i am tryn to eat a decent diet, i buy roast beef and lean ground beef ,chicken breasts and i got a turkey in the oven. potatoes i like brocolli sweet potatoes, brown rice is a fav. i just like alot of rice. uhm either then that i have been tryn to take a log , but havnt been very good at it. im tryn here. lol

i am in need of a good diet, i wnna gain some weight, i know that if i eat good i will gain weight without compounds, and ive been eatn all day everyday as much as i can i just need a better diet tho. ne ways my bf maybe higher then that which it prolly is, i wish i could helkp u out better lol
 
we need macros pro/fat/cal/carb for each meal.. use fitday.com..

i can tell u off the bat ur gonna need about 3600 caloies to bulk

this website has been a help to keepin track of my diet . thanks alot for this site, now ive been keepn track of my diet for the last 3 days forgot some of yesterdays, and doing it again today on this site, and i cant thank u enough 3j for this site

but now i gotta figure out what i works and what dosnt. any tips 3j
 
im on vaca... but im headed back today.. so expect my critique in the next 12 hrs..
 
post up those macros you got offa fitday.. be specific.. times of meals and workouts while your at it... make sure to include pro/fat/cal/carb for every meal and a daily total

4 whole eggs hardboiled
1 cup instant brown rice

4 cups of milk 1% all day
1 can of tuna
2 slices of w.w bread with nuts

beef jerky 80 g

2 cups golden grahams cereal
10 ozSteak, cooked
Asparagus, cooked, boiled, drained, with salt
Potatoes, baked, flesh, with salt

Protein supplement, powdered
banana

4 whole eggs hardboiled
1 cup instant brown rice

4 cups of milk 1% all day
1 can of tuna
2 slices of w.w bread with nuts

beef jerky 80 g

2 cups golden grahams cereal
10 ozSteak, cooked
Asparagus, cooked, boiled, drained, with salt
Potatoes, baked, flesh, with salt

Protein supplement, powdered
banana

put these in groups of meals with times.. put your workout in there too. (just the time of your workout)
 
you should be bulking at about 3500 calories.. some of your food choices are not the best.. but we'll get to that when you put your diet in an order i can better work with

a bowl of cereal golden grahams with milk
water as well with meal

11am
Turkey 8 oz diced up with mayo and mustard.
put it on this .w.w bread at 3 g fiber and 120 cals each slice
minastroni soup. 1 bowl

1am
beef jerky 80 oz
water

3pm
gym then a monster mass protien shake.
55g protien, 170 carbs. 1100 cals

did chest and back today.
Bench press.
15,`12,10,6 - 2 plates a side, 6, 6, 6, 6
incline
180 x 5

machine chest press
3 sets of 8 reps

flat and machine flyes
4 x 10

wide pulldowns cable n machine , and with single hand grip
14 sets
8-10 rep range]

so later tonight im gonna have chicken and minin potatoes,

and hopefully a lil something like jerky later

i cant say i agree with the cereal.. its crap.. use a better carb source.. if u want cereal, go kashi or something like that.. what about good old fashioned oats?

and yes, do a lean beef before bed.. add an efa to it.. almonds.. cashews.. fish oils.. avocado (my fav)
