hey guys stupid question...
my trainer is trying to get me down from about 90mm in total skinfolds to about 65-70mm so that he can see exactly what muscles and muscle groups are lagging. to do this i'm eating clean about 7 times a day in a bid to increase my motabolism and thus burn fat. but at the same time hopefully maintain and or gain lean muscle mass.
my question is, would starting a cycle of mainly prop and tren and deca create too much water retention and bloated-ness, and in turn hamper the efforts of my trainer
