have you seen the incredible body on "the madam", 3j's lady...
She credits him with all of her dieting success. What you can explain to your lady is that "dieting" is not synonymous with "fat". It means revamping the way you currently eat in an attempt for a healthier, happier lifestyle. Heck, you may even wind up taking in more calories on your "diets" than you were prior.
