Deadlift (1rm 365lb maxed in april)
Bench... like 185x1. Don't wanna talk about it.
Press.. also 125x1.

I'm really hoping I can get my upper body lifts up because those have been stalled for over a year regardless of how much I eat (I've fluctuated between 155 and 180 since)

My routine will be a modified Greyskull 4x per week

Routine:


Monday: Bench 5/5/5+ ... Row 5/5/5+ ... Squat 5/5/5+
Tuesday: Press 5/5/5+ ... Weighted Chin 8/8/8+ ... Deadlift 5+
Wed: Rest
Thurs: Dip 5/5/5+ ... Upright Row 5/5/5+ ... Squat 5/5/5+
Friday: Press 5/5/5+ ... Wide grip pull ups (will add weight later) 5/5/5+ ... Deadlift 5+
Sat/Sun rest

++ Push ups and Chin ups done sporadically throughout the day to maximize volume
++ Assistant works on each day too (IE, press day I'd do shoulder presses for hypertrophy, etc, other days some cable rows, curls and skullcrushers)

Katanadrol is gtg .Just be carefull with your cafeine intake cause each pill has like 100mg of it alredy.
 
Yeah that's one thing I would have rather them taken out of katanadrol. I'll be cutting out basically all caffeine and stimulants because of that... It's still gonna be hard to get enough protein with all that appetite suppression though

BTW it's 75mg caffein per pill (150mg per two)
 
I needed to eat 4 pills to feel any AAS effects...maybe try two at first but your going to want to take more. That whole line of products is gtg but all of them seem to rwcommend a daily dose lower than what is really needed
 
yeah i remember reading that - thing is I'm taking forma stanzol with it which most people dont so.... well we'll see as the weeks come along. thx for the pointer though
 
Katanadrol...give me a fuck@ng breack.I cant believe people throw away money on crap like that.
If u want to cut, a good diet, cardio and test to help in muscle loss is all you need.
Know if you got a few cycles under your belt and you want to get chiseled. Test a/tren a will diced you up.
 
I want to cut and gain muscle at the same time though. No injections yet, maybe later. I'll stick to non-methylated PHs

Day 2:

10 pumps of forma stanzol (5 morning + 5 evening)
2x katanadrol (1 pill morning + 1 pill before workout)

Press: 90x5/5/6
Wide grip pull ups: 5/5/8
Deadlift: 265x6
+ Shoulders accessory work

Review: Decent work out, nothing too special. I felt more energetic but nothing that can't be attributed to the caffeine found in katana
 
Day 3:

Weight: 160.4lb
BF% (according to shitty scale): 13.1%

I'm eating about ~2500 cals per day with ~250 protein (split equally among protein shakes, chicken and fish)
 
Thinking of adding Dermacrine with the stack. Opinions? Is it okay to mix Forma Stanzol and Dermacrine ?
 
Day 4:

Strength was poor today. I actually went down on the squat (last week I did 225 x 5/5/7 this week I did 5/3 then I reset).

Endurance was up though. Usually I'm tired after my workout but I pumped in a few extra sets today. Could easily be due to caffein though.

So far not impressed but it's only been 4 days so we'll see
 
Day 5:

Morale was low today.

Regardless, I was very very motivated to beast out some deadlifts - felt like ripping the barbell apart in anger. FYI I occasionally feel that way normally so it's not necessarily the katanadrol - still the aggression was not expected

Rotator cuff injury came back. Did a lot of shoulder rehab and went light on the shoulder pressing

Day 7:

Today I was filled with energy, despite not sleeping much. Energy seemed to come out of nowhere really. I was expecting another shitty day like tuesday, but NOPE.

Dip (BW): 10/10/21
Upright row: 150 x 8/8/12
Squat: 205 x 5/5/17

Very very motivated. Could be katana/forma or it could be just because I'm comparing it to a very shitty day which should not have happened. Looking forward to tomorrow.

Wow so dermacrine got seized by customs in Canada because they think it's steroids... I'm trying to order it to a friend who lives in the US so he can somehow get it through the border (shipping or physically ??). Anybody the best way to go about this?

Energy was high today too. My lifts recovered too:

Wide-grip pull ups (BW): 6/6/11 ***11 is the most pull ups I've ever done in my life, let alone wide grip pull ups. Something's up...

Day 9 & 10: Weekend rest

Day 11:

Bench (close grip): 145 x 5/5/9
Row: 120 x 5/5/10
Squat: 225 x 5/5/12

Energy levels were good, nothing spectacular. Lifts seem to be improving. Still not to what they were a couple months ago though

Day 12:

Press: 100 x 5/5/4 failed this lift, resetting... this is pretty on par with a normal progression.
Chin up: 10/10/12 BW pretty good!
Deadlift: 285x7 meh

Energy levels were same yesterday... good but nothing special

EDIT: forgot to mention... today, day 12, I did some accessory lifts (curls and skullcrushers), I was able to do quite a bit more than last week. Like 17 reps instead of 10. But I think today last week was an exceptionally bad day

Dip: 15/15/25 @ BW... pretty decent
Upright rows: 155lb x 8/8/14 ... also satisfied with this
Squat: 235lb x 5/5/10 ... nice progress

Plus a bunch of lower weight dips & rows

Energy was nice today... not TOO motivated but not lethargic either

Libido has been lower than usual the last week or two, but nothing too drastic. I like being horny and I'm not complaining.
 
Day 15:

Increased dose to 150 mg (3 caps)

According to my scale I haven't changed BF% or weight (it fluctuates like crazy). However a vein on my arm was popping today. I'm also noticing some blue veins under my skin on my pec which I've never noticed before. Also my abs are showing much more easily than usual. Could be due to the diuretic effects of increasing the dosage, maybe yes maybe no. We'll see...

Started Dermacrine 5 pumps per day in the morning

Chin ups: 12/12/12 @ BW
Deadlift 305 x 5 (low reps compared to last time because i had to leave to take a shit before the set, basically undoing my warm up, and the shit was a huge log but i ran out of fuel so i had to cut it off half way, leaving some shit stains. i wiped for a good 2 minutes but it was like an infinite marker of shit, so i just left it there because i didn't want someone to unrack my bar, then i finished my exercise with my warmup gone and my motivation was low because i was self conscious of my ass smelling like shit)

+ Shoulder, arms assistance (noticeable improvement from last time).
