Check and see where you can go to either have an IGF-1 blood test done or a GH serum blood test done. Here in the states we can have it done privately for about 50 bucks.

The protocol you want to follow for testing is as follows:

Inject uyourself with 10iu of the kigs 2-3 hours before you go in to have blood drawn for the GH serum test ( if you get this test)

For IGF-1 test inject 5iu 1 hour before going in for the test.
