At what multiplier of your body wieght should you start thinking about wrapping your knees during heavy triples. I have been duitifully adding 5lbs a week to my squat and can do 335 x 3. I am mid 40's and wieght about 230. Been training for 3 years. My squat and bench are the same. My dead is 450..yes i know my squat needs work thats why im concentrating on it. By the way all squats are ATG.

at 40, i think it would be beneficial to wrap your knees. im not talking about comp. style wrapping that requires one guy holding you down and another guy cutting off systemic circulation, lol. a little extra support and stability will be good for ya bro

agree 100%
plus squatting with wraps [ if they are TIGHT] takes some getting used to so slightly looser wraps for heavy triples is a good way to learn them instead of just maxxing out with them on anaconda grip style for the 1st time.

Im 38 and those are my thoughts exactly. I dont crank em down, just snug.

lol, cant imagine that. it takes a minute for the circulation to return as it is now.

ive seen it take nearly a hour to get a squat suit on and ive seen a guy have to get cut out of his after the lift .
ive taken over 30 minutes to get in a titan boss squat suit myself and it still wasnt seated all the way lol .
