Labs at 150mg Test E per week

I went with private MD labs for these tests - they were taken two days after last shot (wanted to see my peak):
Total test: 1103 (348-1197)
LH: <0.2
FSH: <0.2
Estradiol: 63.7 (7.6-42.6)

TSH: 1.7
T3: 3.2
T4: 1.11

CBC indicated that Hematocrit is slightly high...51.1 (37.5-51.0)

I tried to take .5mg of liquid Adex twice a week last month and it crushed my E2 levels below range (obviously I stopped the Adex and let E2 come back up). Should I just split the shot twice a week or is it worth trying the Adex again at .25mg. I worry that i'm very sensitive to the reduction of E2 from the adex. It seemed I felt some libido decrease after my first dose of .5mg last month.

I feel slightly fatigued at this level but libido is pretty good. Acne is a issue at the moment though.

Also is that hematocrit going to be an issue or will that normalize? Does it fluctuate like hormone levels do?

halving the dose and giving it a try would be a good idea. 67 is a bit above where you probably want to be. you could even try quartering the dose (well, .1mg EOD).

Halfing and 2x/week injection is worth a try in my opinion. If you could drop e2 doing that rather than use an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) by all means its worth trying. Some,as you obviously know, do better on a more frequent inj protocol for this reason. Id try that and not only look at the #'s but quality of life and go from there. If you do need to venture down the road of using an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) ...give exemestane a try..it seems to be pretty forgiving when it comes to really crushing e2 levels.

definitely time to order some liquid stane.. I can't even look at adex without getting hot flashes.. I tried .10 eod and my libido and energy still took a hit.

go to 75mg 2 x ew..mon and thurs..take adex on tues and friday..so the day after the injection..at .5mg 2 x ew in most it wouldnt "crush" your e2..try this protocol and see how it goes..

get some labs while on the adex and see what they are..hematocrit is about right for that testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) dose and no AI..depending on your diet you may could see some improvements with adjustments there also..

imo giving blood 2 x ey helps to control levels also..

I tried that at one point and my e2 was below readable range < 2...had those labs done last month.. the labs I posted here at the start of this thread were after I stopped adex altogether.

Is that a sensitive E2 assay? If not, I would consider that panel going forward.

You need to donate a pint of blood ASAP. There is nothing else that can lower Hematocrit. Blood is there to stay until you remove it.

E2 is high but not completely out of control.

You should consider injecting your protocol Subcutaneously, (assuming the volume is .6ML or less per injection) as this will have less impact on your E2 levels.

Treat your acne by supplementing with 50mg of zinc and mega-doses of B5 @ 10grams daily.

Why are you using liquid AI? Are you self-treating testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) or are you under a doctors care? Are you splitting that dose of 150mg into 2 shots pr week? If not, you should.

yes that was sensitive assay..

I am under the care if an endocrine doc but he won't prescribe me an AI.. I am active duty military and it's not easy to get a referral to a new doc.. plus I currently pay no deductible, copay, anything for the treatment I do get so I'll stick with what I have for now..
