Labs from first blast – my gear sux

Just got my labs back and man what a disappointment. Total T is at 885. This was on day of pin but before pinning. Bloods were taken at week 4 of blast.

PRIOR TO BLAST (TRT Protocol)

.35mg of pharma cyp 200 E3.5D

Puts my trough TT at 1100.

BLAST Protocol

.5mg T400 E3.5D

Puts my TT at 885

Is this common with T400? I’ve never used it.

I have a couple more vials of T400. I’m wondering (hoping) this vial is bad and the rest are OK. My source says the very same T400 gives him major PIP, but I have none. I’m wondering if this is an indication that this vial is bunk.

Also looks like my high protein diet is putting a hurting on my kidneys.

Kidneys actually look fine. Exercise and being slightly dehydrated can skew BUN/creatinine easily. I would get on NAC though - that AST could use some help.

Yeah, underdosed for sure. At least there was some hormone in there - that would suck to have zero test in you!

Thanks - I'm on 1200 nac and 1 liv.52 every day and have been for 4 weeks. Prior to that was 600 nac and 1 liv.52

You're only on testosterone too? I'd expect that if you were on an oral or maybe tren, but not just test. Taking an anti-inflammatory by chance?

Thanks for the input. This was first thing in the AM after my workout. get out of bed at 530. In the gym by 6 workout, shower and drive to the lab by 9. The high BUN does make sense then.

I am concerned about liver. With 1200 NAC and liv.52 my levels should be perfect.

On any prescription meds or something like acetaminophen?

Edit: you're not crazy out of range either; exercise can slightly elevate liver enzymes, but I'd be surprised with the protection you're running.

You can throw it in the trash go back to TRT, or you can up the dose if you bought a few extra vials, maybe pin your t400 twice a week

That's what I'm doing with my underdosed gear bumped from 600mg to 800mg.

No - nothing. I am taking a low dose statin (15mg) dose to help with the cholesterol while on cycle, But that's it. Well maybe melatonin too. No aspirin or pain releavers

I'm starting to get concerned there is something else going in here with my liver. I havr donated blood to red cross for the last 20 years and they haven't contacted me yet ;)

Statins can elevate your AST. Like I said, you're not in dangerous territory, but I would keep tabs on things in the future. If it continues to get higher, I'd mention to your doctor that you would like to discuss your liver health after getting a blood panel pulled for general health reasons.

Thanks HW. I will keep on eye on this in the future as well.

Switching gears - since my gear is underdosed , I will need to pin the shit out of it to get my test above 2000. So assuming T and the amount (cc) of T400 I pin go up in a linear fashoin then:

I know that 1cc / week = TT of 885. So 2cc a week would equal TT of 1770 and 3 cc a week = 2655.

At this point I'm looking at pinning 3cc a week to get TT at 2655. Im a bitch when it comes to needles so I'll be pinning .8cc in my slin pin EOD to get a TT of 2474.

Any holes in this plan?

Just that it's not linear haha. It's a part logarithmic, part polynomial plot that depends on a great many factors. The higher you go, the less change to serum levels you see. 3cc per week should get you close though, if not slightly overshoot. I'd shake the hell out of those vials too.

You will get used to pinning more cc at a time real quick I remember when my blast started going from. 5cc TRT to 1.5cc had some leg cramps some pip etc, after 5 weeks I'm pinning 4 cc a week , 2cc twice a week and I can't remember which glute I pin,

Last Wednesday I pinned 2cc in my right glute , Sunday completely forgot It was left glute day and pinned again my right one even then it didn't even bother me , that's how fast your body will adapt to the amount in cc you inject.

Also if you injecting glutes right after you pin go take a walk if you have stairs where you live go up and down a few times helps a lot.

Just my 2cents.

Not linear ? Damn! I'll stick with 3cc a week and see how she goes. I really should get bloods again too after 4-5 weeks. I have a trt appt in April so need to give time for the T levels to come down.

Question - when coming off a blast do you resume trt doses or do you stop pinning altogether for a period of time? Also how long does it take for your T levels to get back into the trt range ?

You go back to TRT doses unless you absolutely MUST drop them FAST. Plan on 4-6 weeks (depending on blast dose) for your blood work to go back to within range. :)

I modeled my TT values on excel, and a crazy polynomial equation came out. Unfortunately, that too was just an approximation as I wanted to hit 10,000ng/dL, and it told me 2g were needed. It ended up taking over 2.5k mg to hit 9,998ng/dL. :( LOL
